Purchased from a vendor other than SKWOOSH.COM ?

If you purchased your SKWOOSH™ from a retail store or online site other than skwoosh.com (including Amazon), we ask that you contact the original vendor to return your SKWOOSH for a refund. The original vendor will have all of your order and payment details in order to process a quick and efficient refund. If after contacting the original vendor you are not satisfied with their return procedure, please contact us info@skwoosh.com and we will assist in processing your return.

NO-Hassle 30 Day Return Policy

If we don’t meet your expectations, you can return your Skwoosh™ for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us via email to info@skwoosh.com for a Return Authorization Number and our return mailing address. Send it back via the most convenient method; however, we strongly advise you use Delivery Tracking in case the return gets lost. We do not provide pre-printed return labels.

There are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you contact us first via info@skwoosh.com and let us know your thoughts. We want you to TRY SKWOOSH, so don’t just look at the compact, thin Skwoosh and say “this won’t work for me” or “I need a bulky thick and fluffy cushion”. Remember that the gel does the work, so sit on it and let it adapt to you. Take your time. There’s no rush. We will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.

To return - email info@skwoosh.com (include your reason) and you will receive a return authorization number RA# and mailing address. The RA# is necessary so we can track your return if a problem arises and to insure that you get the proper credit.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your credit to post.

SKWOOSH™ products made in the USA so they are guaranteed for materials and workmanship - PERIOD!!!

If you choose not to register online for the SKWOOSH™ WARRANTY you are still covered by our standard 60 DAY LIMITED GUARANTEE. We will replace any SKWOOSH™ product found to have any defect in material or workmanship within 60 days of purchase. Just follow this return procedure.

Skwoosh™ Exchanges

If you want to exchange your SKWOOSH™ cushion or seat, please email us at info@skwoosh.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your item. Upon receipt of your item, we will email you a COUPON CODE for your use on www.skwoosh.com. The coupon code will deduct the cost of your original order and give you free shipping towards the purchase of the new item you would like to order. We do not provide pre-printed return labels and do not pay for return shipping of your first item ordered.
