If we don't meet your expectations, you can return your SKWOOSH™ for a full refund (less shipping costs). For whatever reason, just
go ahead and send it back via the most convenient, inexpensive way (save your money). Make sure you use receipt mail in case the return gets lost. There are no special catches
or exceptions. All we ask is that you contact us first at info@skwoosh.com to get detailed return instructions (and let us know your
thoughts).
We want you to TRY SKWOOSH™, so don't just look at the compact, thin SKWOOSH™ and say "this won't work for me" or
"I need a bulky, thick and fluffy cushion". Remember, the gel does the work, so sit on it and let it adapt to you. Take your time. There's no rush. We will accept returns up to
180 days after you receive your order.
If you decide to return your SKWOOSH™ - email info@skwoosh.com (include your reason) and you will receive a return
authorization number RA#. The RA# is necessary so we can track your return if a problem arises and to insure that you get the proper credit. Once your return is received, your refund will
be processed. If your return is over 60 days from purchase, you will receive a refund check in the mail. Otherwise, a credit will be applied to your original method of
payment. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your refund check or credit to post.
